My Vacation Rental Assistant is a vacation rental management system designed to assist property owners and renters to more easily manage their vacation rental. MyVRA doesn’t advertise vacation property listings but rather takes the handoff from online advertising websites giving property owners and renters a system of tools to make managing their own vacation rental a breeze.

  • All tools in the MyVRA website, including those listed above, are free to both owners and renters. In order to automate as much as possible in the MyVRA system, deposits and rental payments are made via Credit Card or Online Check. MyVRA charges a 3% transaction fee for Credit Card payments and a 3% transaction fee for Online Checks. Transaction fees are ONLY charged on Gross Rental Payments so your online Deposit Payments are free!! Gross Rental Payments less transaction fees are distributed to Owners on a bi-weekly basis. A full accounting of Rental Payments, Charges, and Distributions is always available in the Owner Rental Income Report.
